1 개요

ToPiece(이하 "서비스")는 커플이 매일 함께 기록을 남기는 앱입니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 서비스를 이용하는 과정에서 수집·이용·저장·공유되는 정보의 범위와 방법을 설명합니다.

서비스를 이용함으로써 본 방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다. 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단해 주세요.

2 수집하는 정보

③ 기기 및 서비스 이용 정보

  • 푸시 알림 토큰 — Expo Push Token. 알림 발송에 사용됩니다.
  • 커플 연결 정보 — 초대 코드, 연결 날짜, 파트너 ID. 커플 기능 제공에 사용됩니다.
  • 함께한 시간 — 사용자가 직접 입력한 숫자(분). 통계 제공에 사용됩니다.
  • 앱 설정 — 알림 수신 여부, 진동 설정. 기기 로컬 또는 서버에 저장됩니다.
수집하지 않는 정보
정밀 GPS 좌표, 연락처, 캘린더, 건강 데이터, 광고 식별자(IDFA/GAID), 제3자 소셜 계정 정보(카카오·구글 로그인 시 이메일만 수집)는 수집하지 않습니다.

3 정보의 이용 목적

  • 커플 간 일상 기록의 저장 및 상호 공개(Reveal)
  • 파트너 연결(초대 코드) 및 앱 내 관계 유지
  • 조각 완성·공개·코멘트·윙크 등 푸시 알림 발송
  • 통계(연속 기록일, 함께한 시간 등) 계산 및 표시
  • 구독(Plus 플랜) 처리 및 혜택 제공
  • 서비스 오류 감지 및 개선

4 정보의 보관 및 보호

  • 모든 데이터는 Supabase(PostgreSQL) 및 Supabase Storage에 암호화 전송(HTTPS/TLS)되어 저장됩니다.
  • 미디어 파일(사진·음성)은 서명된 URL(Signed URL)로만 접근 가능하며, 공개 전 파트너도 접근할 수 없습니다.
  • 행 수준 보안(Row Level Security, RLS)을 적용하여 자신과 파트너의 데이터만 접근 가능합니다.
  • 회원 탈퇴 또는 계정 삭제 요청 시 30일 이내에 개인 데이터를 삭제합니다.

위 외 제3자에게 개인정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

법령에 따른 수사기관의 요청이 있는 경우 법률이 허용하는 범위 내에서 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

6 이용자의 권리

  • 열람 및 수정 — 앱 내 프로필 화면에서 닉네임·사진을 직접 수정할 수 있습니다.
  • 삭제 — 개별 조각은 공개 전 직접 삭제 가능합니다. 계정 전체 삭제는 아래 이메일로 요청해주세요.
  • 동의 철회 — 앱 설정에서 푸시 알림 수신을 언제든 거부할 수 있습니다.
  • 이동성 — 본인의 기록 데이터 내보내기를 요청할 수 있습니다(개발 중).

7 미성년자 보호

ToPiece는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자가 계정을 생성한 사실을 인지하는 경우 즉시 해당 데이터를 삭제합니다. 보호자께서 이를 발견하신 경우 아래 이메일로 연락 주십시오.

9 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경될 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일을 통해 사전 안내합니다. 중요한 변경의 경우 최소 7일 전에 안내하며, 변경 후 계속 서비스를 이용할 경우 개정된 방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1 Overview

ToPiece ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a couples journaling app that lets partners exchange daily records. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

By using ToPiece, you agree to this Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.

2 Information We Collect

③ Device & Service Usage Information

  • Push notification token — Expo Push Token used to deliver alerts.
  • Couple connection data — Invite code, connection date, partner user ID.
  • Time together — User-entered number (minutes) for statistics.
  • App settings — Notification preferences, haptic settings.
What we do NOT collect:
Precise GPS coordinates, contacts, calendar data, health data, advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), or third-party social profile data beyond email (for OAuth sign-in).

3 How We Use Your Information

  • Storing daily pieces and coordinating the mutual Reveal between partners
  • Partner connection (invite code) and relationship management
  • Sending push notifications (piece complete, reveal, comment, wink)
  • Calculating and displaying statistics (streak, time together, etc.)
  • Processing Plus subscription and delivering benefits
  • Detecting and fixing service errors

4 Data Storage & Security

  • All data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS and stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Supabase Storage.
  • Media files (photos, audio) are accessible only via time-limited Signed URLs. Partners cannot access each other's media before the daily Reveal.
  • Row Level Security (RLS) ensures each user can only access their own and their partner's data.
  • Upon account deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days.

We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process.

6 Your Rights

  • Access & edit — Update your nickname and photo directly in the Profile screen.
  • Deletion — Delete individual pieces before reveal. For full account deletion, email us below.
  • Withdraw consent — Turn off push notifications at any time in app settings.
  • Data portability — Request an export of your record data (feature in development).

7 Children's Privacy

ToPiece is not directed to children under 14 (or 13 in the United States). If we become aware that a child under 14 has created an account, we will promptly delete the associated data. Please contact us if you believe this has occurred.

Denying any permission only disables that specific feature; the rest of the Service remains available.

9 Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
